I stopped into Tada’s Kitchen in Brandon to talk to their owner, Tho Nguyen. The family-run restaurant is celebrating one year of operation this month. Tada’s offers traditional southern Vietnamese food including pho, banh mi, spring rolls and fresh rolls, as well as fusion food. Most recipes on the menu from from his Mom and Aunt. Nguyen plans to celebrate the one year mark by introducing a pho challenge for guests. Tada’s Kitchen offers catering for parties and the also has a food truck that is now hitting the streets and available for booking.
The house special pho was delicious and you get plenty of food. The owner uses ribeye and other high-quality products. I have been in the past for banh mi and Vietnamese coffee and enjoy both there.
Tada’s Kitchen is located at 11237 Causeway Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511.
