Kid Cudi stopping in Tampa this summer during world tour: Rapper Kid Cudi is coming to Tampa for for the Insano World Tour this summer on Saturday, July 6 at 7 p.m. at Amalie Arena. St. Pete man faces charges after hitting victim at Culver’s drive-thru: Police have arrested a St. Petersburg man for allegedly intentionally ramming his vehicle into a Culver's drive-thru location and hitting a victim. The incident happened on Monday at 1451 34th Street North. The suspect is facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest. (wfla.com)
Crosstown Connector temporarily closed Thursday morning after fiery crash: The Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Connector was temporarily closed on Thursday morning after a fiery crash when a man was driving in the wrong direction and smashed into a barrier, according to authorities. The car split in half when it hit a concrete barrier. The driver was taken to to the hospital in critical condition. (wtsp.com)
