Tango Brew concept coming this summer to North Hyde Park: Wingspan Development Group and ABC Capital Corp. have announced that Tango Brew, a coffee and wine bar with Argentinian and Italian cuisine, will lease approximately 1,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space at Jade at North Hyde Park, a new 192-unit luxury apartment building at 608 N. Water restrictions seeing success in Hillsborough Co.: Water restrictions in Tampa Bay are successfully lowering usage in Hillsborough County by 15 percent, according to Hillsborough County Commissioner and Tampa Water Board member Harry Cohen. SMF Tampa skips 2024 music festival after venue change needed: Tampa’s annual EDM festival Sunset Music Festival has decided to take the year off after ending their venue usage at Raymond James Stadium, according to a social media post. Freedom Brewing Co. coming to St. Petersburg: Freedom Brewing Co. is coming soon to 1776 11th Ave. North in St. Petersburg, according to St. Pete Rising. The venue was previously home to Flying Boat Brewing Company and The Brutalist Temple of Beer. The property is now owned by Richie and Jill Hamm. (stpeterising.com)
Tampa small businesses concerned about potential U.S. TikTok ban: Tampa business owners are responding to a potential looming TikTok ban making its way through Congress. Many restaurants and local businesses, such as Empamamas and Bear Creek Custom Timber, depend on the app to promote their business and said the app has a direct impact on sales. There are over 7 million small businesses on the social network and banning the app could impact their businesses. President Joe Biden said he will sign the bill if it gets to his desk.
